Susan Stevens Halbe Preserve

Creek Road, south side, near Laurel Creek Boulevard
TRAIL MAP
The 17.6-acre Stevens property was long recognized as an ideal open space—it is a wooded stream corridor, across Creek Road from Little Woods. The park-like setting is enhanced by the presence of a small, scenic lake. Access to the site is from Creek Road.

Originally envisioned as a housing site, the Stevens property was acquired by the Township in 2007. The property is named in memory of Mr. Stevens’ daughter, Susan Stevens Halbe.
